Individual consultations and training sessions can be the fastest means of creating the confident, social, well-mannered dog you want. All of our training techniques and behavior modification protocols are based on positive motivation training methods. Our goal is not only to help you solve your dog's current problems, but also to prevent problems down the road. Individual consultations are scheduled at our location. Consultations typically last between one and two hours and include our training handbook and a written summary of topics covered.

Behavior Modification

We use proven techniques based on learning theory to address many common behavior problems and their underlying causes. We can help dogs who are fearful, anxious, protective, aggressive, or destructive. We conduct a behavior assessment, create a customized behavior modification plan, and give you all the support you need to help your dog. Includes our training handbook and a written behavior modification and training plan.

Basic Training

Teach your dog important commands, such as stay and come, as well as basic manners, such as sitting politely for petting, polite greetings, and loose leash walking.

Puppy Jump Start

Prevention is the best cure! We give you the most current positive methods for handling all the joys of puppyhood: biting, housetraining, destructive chewing, whining, and many others.

Rescue Dog Success

Adolescent and adult dogs from shelters and rescue groups may have had negative early experiences and may be averse to training. We teach you special training techniques to give your rescue dog confidence and stability.

Preparing for Your New Dog

Is your home ready for a dog? Are you? Learn which type of dog would be best for your lifestyle and how to avoid common mistakes and problems. Be prepared for your new dog with an understanding of canine body language and positive training techniques.
